I have many favorite quotes, but the one that came to my mind first was, "You're only as strong as your weakest player"  I don't know who its by because I saw it on Facebook.  We used this quote a lot in basketball, because it is so true!  If somebody isn't on their game, it brings everyone down. When someone is struggling and turning over the ball, and having a bad attitude it effects the WHOLE team huge!  My coach used to push us to make free throws, because seriously, free throws win games, but if our posts were having a hard time that game, and couldn't make anything, our coach was upset, which made the players upset, which made the opponents excited, which made us frustrated, which made our game off, which made us lose.  But if one player steps up and gets intense, it makes another player excited, and then our game more accurate, which made us more confident, which made our coach happy, which made us win.  "You are only as strong as your weakest player.
